Who We Are
Wimberley Valley Dinner Club is a chef-driven food community rooted in the Texas Hill Country. Founded by Chef Kassie, our offerings include weekly prepared meals, catering, cooking classes, pop-up dinners, and creative experiences inspired by global cuisine, holistic nutrition, and local connection. Drawing from culinary traditions learned throughout India, Thailand, and beyond, we create food and experiences that are vibrant, nourishing, and designed to bring people together.
Sustainability is woven into the way we operate—from reducing food waste through thoughtful menu planning and reusable packaging. We believe that caring for our community also means caring for the environment that sustains it.
We understand that food should be both nourishing and inclusive. Our menus are designed to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other common dietary restrictions. Whether you're seeking meals that support wellness goals, food sensitivities, or simply a particular way of eating, we strive to create dishes that are as delicious as they are accessible.
Above all, we believe everyone deserves a seat at the table. Through thoughtful ingredients, mindful preparation, and a spirit of hospitality, we create meals and experiences that allow people from all walks of life to gather, connect, and feel nourished.

Hey neighbor! Thanks for checking us out.
Wimberley Valley Dinner Club is a weekly prepared foods pickup/delivery service in the Wimberley area. My name is Kassie and I’m a professional chef with extensive experience in Indian cuisine. I have worked for Austin hotspots Whip In and G’raj Mahal where I learned Gujarati and Goan cuisines. I learned Thai cuisine in Chiang Mai, Thailand from a local celebrity chef before I headed to India and spent 3 months cooking, eating, and absorbing the wonderful culture that inspires most of my culinary creations. I am a Holistic Nutritionist with a deep desire to feed and heal the guts of every Westerner I meet. :) I draw from Ayurvedic concepts when I build a meal. I believe that food is an important piece of creating community and culture no matter where you live or where you come from. Breaking bread together has always been a way to create bonds and mend fences.
This journey has been a labor of love and I’m so grateful for the wonderful help I’ve received so far and the welcome reception of our tight-knit community!

FUN FACTS ABOUT OUR FOOD:
~ All spice comes on the side! Indian and Thai cuisines are often inaccessible to those with sensitive systems, but not on my watch! I make everything from scratch and give you the option of adding your own spice at your discretion.
~ No nut seed oils in 99% of our food! There is a big debate happening about how our bodies handle nut seed oils and I like to err on the side of caution when it comes to feeding my community. I am committed to using avocado, olive, or coconut oil and butter or ghee.
~ I believe in local and organic wherever possible. I pride myself on creating clean, healthy foods with minimal processed ingredients.
~ We are ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY and creating local partnerships. Our goal is to bring people together over with happy hearts, bellies, and minds.
